Purchasing Instructions:

1. If you would like to purchase the Ancestral Tablet for your loved one, please come down personally to our Administrative Office with your original identity card for registration and processing of all pertinent documentation.
2. The payment for the purchase must be settled immediately after the completion of the registration and documentation. We accept cash, Cashier’s Order, Money Order and personal cheque, all of which must be payable to Seu Teck Sean Tong Yiang Sin Sia. Please ensure that you obtain an official receipt for the purchase.
3. For every massive Ancestral Worship Ceremony, we will write to all Ancestral Honouror for their participation to express their filial piety. Thus, you have the onus to update us of any changes in our records of your address, contact numbers and any other essential information. You can do so by personally visiting our Administrative Office, by calling us at our office numbers, by writing to us or by emailing to membership@seuteck.org stating your Name, ID/Passport No. (Please state as per our records when you first registered with us) and your relationship with us.
4. Every Ancestral Tablet allows engraving of up to a maximum of four names. To signify the existence of any person(s) whose name(s) appear(s) on the tablet, the name will be sealed with a red slip. If all the person(s) whose name(s) appear(s) on the tablet exist(s), the Ancestral Tablet will be encased with a Longevity Coverture
